By placing an order on Oneclicksmart, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping and Return Policy. We encourage all customers to read this policy carefully before making a purchase or submitting a claim.

Returns & Eligibility

Returns are only accepted after approval from our customer support team. To start a return request or ask any questions, please contact us at shaniayaan3@gmail.com within 14 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered.

Only unused and unopened items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return within this 14‑day period. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or non‑functional product, you must submit a claim and provide clear verification (such as photos or videos) as requested by our support team. Claims submitted without proper verification cannot be processed.these 14 days

Non‑Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Handmade items
Beauty, personal care, hair removal, and health products
Eyewear, jewellery, watches, and women’s intimate apparel
Items purchased using gift cards or store credit
Change of Mind

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for change‑of‑mind purchases. Please double‑check product details such as size, colour, and specifications before confirming your order.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

You must keep your shipping receipt and provide us with tracking details so we can monitor the return process.

Lost, Undelivered & Refused Packages

If your order has not been delivered, you must file a claim within 30 calendar days from the dispatch date. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

If a courier marks your package as delivered, it will not be considered lost. In such cases, you must contact the courier directly to open an investigation.

Packages that are refused at delivery, abandoned, or returned outside our approved return process will not be accepted as valid returns.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for refund or store credit.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country’s border authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non‑refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations are accepted within 30 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds & Store Credit

If your return is approved and received at our facility, refunds or store credit will be processed within 30 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For example:

PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account
Credit or debit card payments will be refunded to the same card

Any returned item that does not meet our return eligibility criteria will be discarded and will not qualify for a refund or store credit.
